Protein Shake

Here is a great Recipe for an awesome and jam packed Protein Shake!

**this would be a great shake to use to refuel after a hard workout, or drink part of it before a run, and then finish off after a run.

On the night before a hard workout Prep a smoothie in the blender.

These ingredients are:

1 BANANA

I CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST PACKET

½ CUP RAW OATS

½ CUP TOASTED or RAW WHEATGERM

1 CUP OF MIXED BERRIES

1 CUP PLAIN YOGURT

MILK TO BLEND

ICE TO THICKEN
