Helpful Nutrition for Champs

In the morning: Toast and eat both sides of a bagel of your choice. Put whatever you want on it. I like Nutella or PEANUT BUTTER.

Make the smoothie and drink a small glass. Say 4 OZS.

Then take the rest with you to school in a cooler bag. As soon as you have finished the workout and shower knock off the balance of the smoothie. This will hold you over till lunch time. If you get the munchies around 10am then a couple of granola bars and an apple or something you like will do the trick.

Make sure you are staying hydrated per our plan.

After a hard workout drain your legs, if time permits. Ice bath OR Cryo, if you can and most important eat right and sleep like a baby….
