Leg Curls 3×10 (single leg and do each on each side *Don’t put too heavy weight on
Leg Extension 3×10 (single leg and do each side) *Don’t put too heavy weight on
Leg Press 2×15
Calf Raises 3×30
Squat 3×8
Step up with weights 3×10
Walking Lunges total 25 meters
3×1 min running arms with weights in both hands

CHOOSE ONE CORE ROUTINE OFF OF  CORE ROUTINE #2

UPPER BODY:
Chest Fly 3×10
Decline Bench Press 10, 8, 6
Incline Bench Press 10, 8, 6
Push Up 2×15
Reverse Bicep Curl 3×10
Bicep Curls 3×10
Skull Crushers 3×8
Sitting Triceps Extension 3×10
Bench Press 10, 8, 6
Military Press 3×8
3×30 sec running arms w/ weights
