Week of February 4 – February 8

**ALL DAYS this weeks will be till 4:15-4:30pm…if your a bus rider PLEASE choose ONE – TWO days to stay late and do weights….** ….TWO WEEKS UNTIL MEET 1 for HS RUNNERS!!!

MONDAY – hills on S.H cut off (we will go till 4:15-4:30)

TUESDAY – steady run + weights

WEDNESDAY – track workout + (weights today or Thursday)

THURSDAY – steady run + (weights today or Thursday)

FRIDAY – track workout (END @ 4pm)
