MONDAY – hills on S.H cut off (we will go till 4:15-4:30)
TUESDAY – steady run + weights
WEDNESDAY – track workout + (weights today or Thursday)
THURSDAY – steady run + (weights today or Thursday)
FRIDAY – track workout (END @ 4pm)
