State CC kids at City Council meeting

MONDAY – workout 8th/9th periods  ***Long Run, will go past 4pm***

TUESDAY – workout 8th/9th periods

WEDNESDAY – workout 8th/9th periods

THURSDAY – LAST WORKOUT!!!! 8th/9th periods (Short workout / Stretch & Roll) & Set out things for State.

FRIDAY – LEAVE FOR STATE!!!!!! (Congrats….We MADE IT, till the end!)  / Runners @ SH you will relax or get ready for pep rally

**Meet, @7:30am to drop off your things in front of the athletic office & travel to FABULOUS FRIDAY @Primary OR MEET @PRIMARY OFFICE  at 7:35 am** We will return here afterwards.**

SATURDAY – RACE DAY !!! / Race time are 1:20 (Samantha) & 1:50 (boys team)

SUNDAY – shake out run (25-35 min easy)

Nov 5 – Nov 9 (We will continue to RUN easy every other day & lift every other day

**CARMELAS LIGHT RUN WILL BE TUESDAY FOR THOSE INTERESTED**
