Week of Oct 1st -Oct 10th

**PICTURES HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND WILL BE TOLD NEW DATE SOON!!!** 

MONDAY – **change in pictures due to uniforms not in yet, NO PICTURES TODAY** regular practice @6am meet at the Shed  (Routes will be sent in groups)

8th/9th periods- Weights / core

TUESDAY – meet at the shed @6am for Workout on track

8th/9th periods – Double + Strides

WEDNESDAY- meet at teh shed @6am for run up George Ritchy

8th/9th periods- weights / caveman

THURSDAY– workout during the period **NO MORNING or AFTER SCHOOL, unless your in 8th/9th periods and it will go past the bell**

FRIDAY- OFF  (TELL TEACHERS YOU WILL MISS TUESDAY DUE TO DISTRICT MEET)

SATURDAY – meet @Pinick Park @9:30am for workout as a team & After we will enjoy a pancake brunch @Coach Alford’s house in preparation for District!! **Parents your welcome to join and if you can help that would be great!!**

SUNDAY – Relaxed 10 min + 10 min tempo + 10 min relaxed + 6x200s CONT.

MONDAY- OFF (ALSO OFF in school)

TUESDAY – DISTRICT MEET!!!! YOU WILL BE GONE UNTIL 2:15pm

WEDNESDAY – during period shake out / Threshold
