Week of September 17 – September 21

MONDAY – Meet at the shed @6am for workout (we will be in front of HS)

8th/9th Periods – Weights

TUESDAY- Meet at the Shed @6am (we will be doing a med/long run around) routes will be sent in group message.

8th/9th periods – Weights

WEDNESDAY – Meet at the Shed @6am for workout (we will be on the track)

8th/9th periods – easy jog + strides & ICE BATH/ROLL/STRETCH

THURSDAY – HS will workout during period (Pre Race) & ALL JH will workout during period either 1st or 9th for the workout.

FRIDAY – HS MEET MEET to LEAVE @7:30am @Lear Park PT-HS runner parent letter 


SATURDAY – JH Meet will at the HS @7:45am to LEAVE BY 8am PT JH runner Meet Sheet 2018 

SUNDAY – Shake out on your own 2-5 miles
