**Notes Thursday’s FOR THIS WEEK’S CHANGE** 

MONDAY- Meet @shed at 6am – Long Run

8th/9th period- WEIGHT C DAY

TUESDAY- Meet @shed at 6am – ON HILLS BY SH PRIMARY

8th/9th period- double + strides

WEDNESDAY – Meet @shed at 6am – RECOVERY RUN

8th/9th period- WEIGHT A DAY / CAVEMAN (ICE BATH)

THURSDAY- will happen during period (No meet & Conflicts with games)

1st- JH Girls will workout in offseason

8th/9th- HS boys & girls , 8th grade boys not in football

FRIDAY- Relaxed run 45 min for OR OFF (during period or on your own)

SATURDAY– warm up + 3-4 mile progression run + Cool down OR 5k FUN RUN

SUNDAY- Relaxed run 45 min OR OFF
