Week of Sept 3rd – Sept 9th

MONDAY –On your Own (long run) **Advice get with a group and meet somewhere

TUESDAY – @6am meet at the Shed (will be in front of HS doing Hill Circuits)

8th/9th periods – LIFT B day

WEDNESDAY- @6am meet at the Shed (we will be doing routes for easy/med) will be sent in group AP

8th/9th periods- CAVEMAN & ICE BATH

THURSDAY- @4:15pm (or as soon as you can get here) meet at the Shed for workout.

8th/9th periods- hurdles/bandwork

FRIDAY- OFF

8th/9th periods- PRE RACE

SATURDAY– UT tyler parent letter 2018    WE WILL BE LEAVING @6:30am from SH!!! BE THERE EARLY!!!

SUNDAY- OFF / Shakeout Run 3-5 miles + 4×100 striders
