TUESDAY – ALL meet @the Shed @6am for HILL RUN ON SH CUT OFF HILLS

HS 8th period / 8th Boys not in football 9th period: DOUBLE RUN

WEDNESDAY – ALL meet @the Shed @6am for RELAXED EASY RUN + Strides

HS 8th period / 8th Boys not in football 9th period: CAVEMAN

THURSDAY – ALL meet @shed @4:15pm (or sooner if possible) for workout on the grass behind the shed

HS 8th period / 8th Boys not in football 9th period: BAND EXERCISES / HURDLE

FRIDAY – NO MORNING PRACTICE (workout in offseason or off)

HS 8th period / 8th Boys not in football 9th period: 20 min run + 200s (pre race)

SATURDAY – MEET @ Letu  LETU ALL runners parent letter 2018(print if needed)

SUNDAY – relaxed shake out (2-5 miles depending on who you are)
