AUG 20- Aug 26 (and announcements)

****If you will have me for 8th or 9th periods you WILL MEET ME EACH DAY IN THE HS GYM AND ALWAYS BRING CLOTHES TO CHANGE INTO TO RUN/WORKOUT. 

***7th boys and 7th/8th girls who are in athletics, you will do your morning runs & then go to 1st period off season OR football/volleyball 

MONDAY– OFF

8th/9th periods- bring clothes to change into MEET IN HS GYM FIRST TO GET THINGS SQUARED AWAY FIRST.

TUESDAY – SHED @6am (Breakfast will not be provided yet) We will be done BY 7:30am We will be doing HILLS by primary. 

8th/ 9th period runners – double

WEDNESDAY–  SHED @6am (Breakfast will not be provided yet) We will be done BY 7:30am   MED RUN 

8th/9th period runners- weights

THURSDAY– SHED @4:30pm-6:00pm (those in other sports please help coordinate with me and other coach) We will be on the track.  

8th/9th periods – we will do band exercises during the period and get ready for the workout at 4:30pm

**ALL JH girls can change in HS athletics if needed, JH boys change in your fieldhouse. 

FRIDAY – OFF

8th/9th periods – WE WILL RUN!!!

*****COMMUNITY PEP RALLY WILL BE @7pm FRIDAY , PLEASE MAKE ALL EFFORTS TO BE THERE. WEAR YOUR WHITE CC TEAM SHIRT & either RACING SHORTS or black shorts is fine.  I have extra shirts please ask to see if I have one for you. THEY ARE $10.
