Week of July 9-14th

**Weight room is open 9-11am M-Th**

Make sure you are counting YOUR miles & if your in town you are Highly expected to be with us if your in High school.

MON- meet @7am at the Shed (we WILL do weights after) last until about 8:45am

**I need help Monday getting somethings for the shed at 9am if you can stay and help.

Tues- (two options)

meet at 7:30am at the Spring Hill Shed (and weights) or just for weights if running later…

OR

To meet with Longview Running Club Meet at 7pm Julienna Trail trailhead and parking at McWhorter Park

Wed- Pool TBA at 3pm (location will come in group)

Thurs- on your own

Friday- meet @7am in white Oak picnic park (off Tuttle road in white oak, look for the green sign)

Saturday- on your own (try and get a group together or a buddy)

Sunday- on your own
