TUESDAY- DALLAS trip (leave around 10-11am) YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING BY SUNDAY (today). (see post from last week about the trip for more details)
WEDNESDAY- Pool workout @3pm at the HUNNICUTTS
THURSDAY- On Your OWN
FRIDAY- Borman Trail @8am
SATURDAY- LONG RUN @Hutchesons AT 6:30am (to try and beat the heat) I will be opening the gate until 6:30am and then go to meet everyone.
