Week of June 18 – June 24th

*Shed will be opened from 9am-11am Monday-Thursday & you should have the weight workout, if not its this website. Days you are on your own, INVITE a friend/teammate to join you!! 

MONDAY – On your own

TUESDAY- (more info will come) Those who are leaving for Dallas will leave @9am from the Shed. All others will continue to follow their training plans on your own.

IF your in the club bring money for: Fun activity (around $25) & Food (around $10-$15).  Bring BLACK shorts if you have them to race in & racing shoes.

IF your NOT in the club bring money for: Track meet ($8 cash/entry fee) Fun activity (around $25) & Food (around $10-$15).  Bring BLACK shorts if you have them to race in & racing shoes.

Races to choose from– hurdles, long & high jump,  100, 400, 800, 1500, 3k, 5k, 4×100

WEDNESDAY- @Hunnicutt Pool at 2pm (5013 Rustic Oak)

THURSDAY- Borman Trail @8am   (added since i can not meet Sunday)

FRIDAY- @SH Shed at 7am

SATURDAY- OFF or LONG RUN (OYO)

SUNDAY- OFF or LONG RUN (OYO)
