Here is the scheduled group runs for this week!
*Note when it is on your own, take this as a chance to get with your teammates and go to a fun location or just enjoy each other company as yall get in the run…more teammates the BETTER we will be come the fall!!
MONDAY- @7am at the Shed (tin building by track in SH) *last till about 8:30, we are doing weights after.
TUESDAY- on your own (try and get with someone to get in the run!!)
WEDNESDAY- @2 pm Barlow’s pool (address is in groupme)
THURSDAY- on your own
FRIDAY- @8am at the shed (will last till about 9:30 if you don’t do weights another day throughout the week)
**THIS WEEKS LONG RUN WILL BE RUN BY HS RUNNERS @BORMAN**
SATURDAY- (OFF or Long Run on your own)
SUNDAY- (OFF or LONG RUN @7pm with a group TBA)
