MONDAY- PRACTICE @6:15AM

TUESDAY- PRACTICE @6:15AM

WEDNESDAY- PRACTICE DURING PERIOD INTO AFTER SCHOOL

THURSDAY- PRACTICE @6:15AM

FRIDAY- OFF EVERYONE

SATURDAY- 30-45 min on your own MED effort + 4×100 striders

SUNDAY- all those going to regionals MEET AT SCHOOL @1pm

MODNAY- REGIONALS (Girls @10am, Boys @10:30am)

**ALL workouts after regionals will come up later**
