Week of Oct 2nd – Oct 15th

Monday (oct 2) –  Practice @shed @6:15am

8th period – double 20 min + hill sprints

TUESDAY (oct 3)- Practice @shed @6:15am

8th Period- weights A day + hurdle drills

WEDNESDAY (oct 4)- JH ON YOUR OWN UNLESS HAVE 9th ATHLETICS with Coach ALFORD   / 8th Period – workout with Coach Bondurant

THURSDAY (oct 5)- practice @shed @6:15am

8th period- weights B day

FRIDAY (oct 6/no school)- Practice @8am meet @shed

Saturday (oct 7)- Monster Dash downtown longview for those who would like to register to run 🙂


HS BOYS- 50 min MED run + BIG 12    /  JH & HS Girls- 40 min MED run + BIG 12

SUNDAY (oct 8) – OFF

MONDAY (oct 9 / no school) – PRACTICE @4pm @shed

TUESDAY (oct 10)- OFF

8th/9th period- PRE RACE

WEDNESDAY (oct 11)  – District Meet (see info below on homepage) students will be checked out @11am to come eat ((please sigh up for what you would like to eat https://goo.gl/forms/DoxH4QfwD6ZQjyVc2 ))

THURSDAY (oct 12) – NO morning

8th/9th period- Shake out

FRIDAY (oct 13) – @shed @6:15am , for those qualified for regionals and anyone who is able to remain training 🙂
