Monday- Meet @ shed @6:15

8th / 9th period – Double + 4x150s & CORE

Tuesday- Meet @shed @6:15am

8th / 9th period- WEIGHTS

Wednesday- NO morning Practice / Practice @4pm – 5pm

8th / 9th period – run + 150’s + CORE

Thursday- meet @6:15 at the shed

8th / 9th period- Weights

Friday- NO morning practice (McNeil Runners be at the school @8:15 to load bus, come ready to head to the course)

Saturday- McNeil runners race / If you would like to run @ Gilmer let coach Alford know, Parents will have to take their runner to the race. OR 3-5 mile progression

Sunday- OFF / 30 min shake out + strides
