Week of Sept 4th- 10th

MONDAY- Practice @8am (enjoy sleep!!) at Borman Trail for a long Run as a group. (trailhead off the loop)

TUESDAY- @6:15am at the SHED  (HS ice bath after)

8th period- weights / core

WEDNESDAY- @4pm to 5pm (easy shake out)

8th- begin run + hill sprint and core

THURSDAY- @6:15am at the Shed

8th period- weights / core

FRIDAY- on  your own / workout for football, vball, offseason

8th period- WORKOUT ALL who can. (including FB/VB who don’t have games)

SATURDAY- meet as a group for run (will be sent in the group message)
