WEDNESDAY (AUG 30th) CHANGE

DUE TO RAIN PREDICTIONS WE WILL NOT HAVE A GROUP AFTERNOON RUN.

Please run on your own if you can, or if you have FB/VB use your game/practice as your workout for the day. Tomorrow is easy recovery, gearing up for Thursdays workouts. Those in 5th/ 8th period athletics, you will run during the period. If you have an off period you may join them then.

HS guys- 50 min & try to get in 5-7 miles

HS girls/ JH- 25-40 min & try to get in 2-5 miles
