WEEK of- Aug 28th to Sept 3rd

MONDAY- 

HS / JH ALL @6:15 am at the Shed (Long Run)

8th/9th period- Double / CORE

TUESDAY- (vball will not be there if game) 

HS / JH ALL @6:15 at the shed (will be on track, after warm up)    **HS ice bath after, unless in band**

8th/9th period- weights

WEDNESDAY-  (we are moving Wednesdays to PM, to help with mornings. If you are in a sport, do the sport. If not we will expect you to be there. Will be DONE by 5pm ALWAYS. 

HS/HS- @4pm – 5pm

8th/9th period- will begin run. (to add core at the end for this group guys/girl)  / ICE BATH for those in BAND

THURSDAY-  (Fball will not be there if game)

FRIDAY- NO MORNING PRACTICE 

8th/9th period- pre race routine (2 miles / 4×200 / shake out 10 min)

SATURDAY- RACE @letu 2017 BACKWOODS GALLUP LETU MEET LETTER SEPT 2ND (meet info is in this link)

SUNDAY-  OFF

MONDAY- we will meet @7am TBA location.
