Week of Aug 14th-20th

WEEK #2….HERE WE GO!!

MONDAY–> @6:30AM meet at the Shed (RUN + Weights)

TUESDAY–> @6:30am meet at the Shed (RUN + CORE)

Wednesday–> On your own (meet as a group if possible, you can choose time)                      HS Boys: 6 miles / 5 miles (freshmen)  + strides;                                                                            HS Girls: 4 miles  + Strides ;                                                                                                                 JH runners: 3-4 miles + Strides

Thursday–> @6:30am at the Shed (Run + Weights)

Friday–> On your own HS boys/Hs Girls: 2-3 miles

*****EVERYONE JOIN US @6:30 for the PEP rally @Panther Stadium, see next post for details!!*********
