WEEK OF AUG 7-13th

HIGH SCHOOL FIRST WEEK OF MANDATORY PRACTICE (OUR TWO A DAYS BEGIN) (JUNIOR HIGH are allowed to attend, however it will not be mandatory for them, but optional.)

  1. HYDRATE!!!  SLEEP!!!!  SUMMER READING!!! RUN!! 🙂
  2. all workouts will include (Run + a combination of (strides/core/weights/hill sprints) and will go for about an hour 1/2.
  3. BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED THE 7th and then the 2nd week (to allow for football to get the prize as well)
  4. MON, TUES, WED (football doesn’t have to attend. However, when they move to afternoon (I believe THUR, FRI) you need to be at practice.
  5. THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED ARE STILL WELCOEM TO COME TRY CC OUT.
  6. MAKE sure you have your PHYSICAL to the TRAINER BEOFRE you begin. (I have already checked off those who have been coming)
  7. VBALL & Band & Fball & Tennis are REQUIRED TO ATTEND  practices when they have practice for another sport starting after 10am. WE HAVE TO HAVE PRACTICE AS WELL, you cannot SKIP CC just like you cannot skip them!

**BRING YOUR MILES FROM THE SUMMER, so I can begin logging them**

MONDAY- @6:30am @ the shed (run + weights)

TUESDAY- @6:30am @the shed (run + strides/core)

WEDNESDAY- ON YOUR OWN / OFF (if you do not have another sport you need  to get in 3-6 miles + core )

THURSDAY- @6:30am @the shed (run + weights)

FRIDAY- @6:30 @the shed (Run + strides/core)

SATURDAY- On YOUR own *WORKOUT WILL BE GIVEN

SUNDAY- On YOUR own (same as wed or off)
