Week of June 12th – 18th *Updated*

**THIS WEEK IF YOU ARE WANTING TO ADDEND CAMP I AM NEEDING YOU $50.00 DEPOSIT AND FORM FILLED OUT! 🙂

MONDAY –> @SH shed @7:30pm (MED run + CORE)

TUESDAY–> @SH @7:30am (Run + Weights) (Unless in Panther Maker as well, will not do weights)

WEDNESDAY–> TBA group run or OYO  OR OFF (choose either Wednesday or Sunday for off day)

THURSDAY–> @WO Pinick Park  @8:00am ((WILL OVER LAP WITH PANTHER MAKER)) (Run + Weights)  OR TACO Run @6pm at Mi Casita if you cannot make the morning Run.

FRIDAY–> HS boys/HS girls @Barlows @2pm (For easy run) + Pool  …..ALL OTHERS @Barlows Pool @2:30pm for Pool Workout (TAKE ROAD B/W Panther Place APTs and DQ (Heston St) & Drive all the way around the corner to the end and it will be on your left)

SATURDAY –>

(If you want to meet at Corner Bakery with Longview running club, it would be extra motivation to run a smart long run..they meet at 6:00am!!

OR

Borman or White Oak @8:00am for long run & CORE

SUNDAY –> TBA group run or OYO  OR OFF (choose either Wednesday or Sunday for off day)  …

TELL your DADS HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!! 🙂 …Enjoy your time with them, better yet see if they would like to do a run 😉

***MAKE SURE YOU ARE KEEPING UP WITH YOUR MILES on YOUR CHART, at the end of JUNE I will begin asking for a pic of your totals so i can adjust your other totals from the past , or add you to the chart! 🙂
