WEEK OF Jan 29- Feb 5

Sunday– Off or 8 miles

Monday- 8th workout + weights A day 2:50-4:30 OR All JH and HS runners 3:50-5:00pm

Tuesday- 1st period BOYS & HS/8th grade boys workout+ hurdles /med ball (during 1st period and 8th period) OR All JH / HS runners 3:50-5:00pm

Wednesday- 8th workout + weights B day (during the period-4:30pm) OR ALL JH /HS runners otherwise 3:45-5:00pm

Thursday- ALL JH girls (7:55-8:30am) / 8th period HS boys & HS girls (2:50-4:15) / ALL OTHERS WILL BE AFTER SCHOOL (3:50-5:00pm)

Friday- 7th boys & JH girls (7:45-8:30am) / HS boys & HS girls 8th period workout + weights (2:50-4:30pm) / ALL OTHERS (3:55-5:00pm)

Saturday- Freeze your Fanny 5k/10k in downtown longview OR group run @9:30am Pinick Park in WO (run by HS guys) = 8 mile run for HS and 4 miles for JH

****JH guys NIGHT!!!!! @5pm-10pm at The Alford’s with Jonathan!!!!*****

(HS welcome if you would like)
