TUESDAY- 8th period HS girls/ HS boys RUN + hurdle drills/med ball 3:00-4:30pm / afterschool ALL JH girls/boys & HS not in 8th: 3:45-4:45pm

WEDNESDAY- 8th period HS girls/ HS boys RUN + weightroom 3:00-4:30pm / afterschool ALL JH girls/boys & HS not in 8th: 3:45-4:45pm

THURSDAY- 8th period HS girls/ HS boys RUN + hurdle drills/FLEX DRILLS 3:00-4:30pm / afterschool ALL JH girls/boys & HS not in 8th: 3:45-4:45pm

FRIDAY- 8th period HS girls/ HS boys RUN + weightroom3:00-4:30pm / afterschool ALL JH girls/boys & HS not in 8th: 3:45-4:45pm

SATURDAY- OFF

SUNDAY- MEET AT SH SHED @4PM-5:30PM ALL WHO CAN MAKE IT 🙂
