Week of Jan 16-22nd

**Next week we will begin two days a week for those who cant workout during 7th and 8th working out at 7:00am-7:30am

MONDAY- cancled due to Rain

Tuesday- 8th period workout / after school for those who are not in 8th period 3:45pm-5pm (RUN + Hurdle drills & med ball)

Wednesday- 8th period workout / after school for those who are not in 8th period 3:45pm-5pm (RUN + Weights B)

Thursday-  8th period workout / after school for those who are not in 8th period 3:45pm-5pm (RUN + Hurdle drills & med ball)

Friday-   8th period Workout / NO AFTER SCHOOL

Saturday- long run on your own OR GROUP RUN TBA

Sunday- OFF
