TUESDAY- GUYS (10 mile bike ride + BIG 12) :: GIRLS (3 mile run + BIG 12)

WEDNESDAY- ALL (3-4 MILES EASY + WEIGHT WORKOUT #1)

THURSDAY-  10 MIN  WARM UP + GUYS & GIRLS CAVEMAN #3 + 10 MIN CD

FRIDAY- GUYS (4-5 MILES EASY + WEIGHT WORKOUT #2)  :: GIRLS (3 MILES EASY + WO #2)

SATURDAY- ALL (CROSS TRAIN FOR 60 MIN…BIKE, ELIPICTAL, SWIM, EXC, CAVEMAN
