practice for (JULY 18- JULY 24)

**SINCE WE ARE COMING CLOSE TO THE END OF THE SUMMER TRAINING SEASON WE WILL BE MAXING OUR TIME IN WO WITH A FEW SPECIFIC WORKOUTS THIS WEEK**

MONDAY (JULY 18) –> 7:30am @WO PINICK PARK **EASY RUN & CORE**

TUESDAY (JULY 19) –> 7:30am @WO PINICK PARK

WEDNESDAY (JULY 20) –> 7:30am @ WO PINICK PARK    (pick up will be around 10am)*THIS WILL BE OUR “RUN FOR FOOD” DAY, please if you want breakfast bring some $ in a zoplock bag with your name on it for me too keep while you are running*

THURSDAY (JULY 21) –> 6:30pm (ULTIMATE FRISBEE GAMES & WATER BALLOONS…WEAR A SHIRT YOU DONT MIND GETTING PAINT ON IT AND A TOWEL :)) *YOU CAN BRING DINNER IF YOU WANT*

FRIDAY (JULY 22) –> ON YOUR OWN (3-5 miles TEMPO RUN + BIG 8)

SATURDAY (JULY 23) –> OFF

SUNDAY (JULY 24) –> WO PINICK PARK @7:30pm ((easy timed run / or bike for time)) YOUR CHOICE!
