MONDAY–  JH/HS MID DISTANCE/DISTANCE @2:30PM (MED run/progression) & weights

TUESDAY

NO JH in the AM  (7th/8th girls & 7th boys)

JH GIRLS-  @3:45pm LJ, DISC, PV & MID/DIS for conditioning

JH BOYS- @3:45pm TJ, PV, SHOT

HS GUYS- condition during period/ HJ, PV, Shot, DISC after school

HS GIRLS- condition during period/ BLOCK WORK, HJ, DISC, SHOT, LJ

WEDNESDAY-

*8TH GRADE GIRLS NO TRACK TODAY*

7th girls @ 7:30am (condition, TJ, HJ, THROWERS) / NO AFTER SCHOOL

7th boys @8am weights during period. / NO AFTER SCHOOL

7th boys/7th girls MID/DISTANCE crew @7:30am meet Coach Alford to workout

8th boys- 8th period weights / NO AFTER SCHOOL

HS boys- 5th/8th period weights / after school (Hurdles, Relay, Blocks,  all field)

HS girls- 8th period condition / after school (same as guys)

THURSDAY

7th grade girls/ 8th grade girls – @7:30am / after HS inter squad NO practice, but encouraged to watch the meet.

7th grade boys- (DIS/MID DIS @7:30am) others @8am / NO AFTER SCHOOL

8th grade boys- condition during period / NO AFTER SCHOOL

ALL HS INTER SQUAD MEET TODAY!!

FRIDAY-

7TH/8TH GIRLS @8am / NO AFTER SCHOOL

7TH BOYS @8am / NO AFTER SCHOOL

8th boys weights during period / NO AFTER SCHOOL

HS guys & girls during period & RELAYS, HURDLES after school

SATURDAY-

PINE TREE GRAM KNOWLES MEET FOR HIGH SCHOOL
