Week of September 21 to Sept 27:

This week is our off week. However, I do have information on a 5k/10k if anyone would like to run this week for fun (I do believe I will be racing in it) It is the Farmers Market Historical Run (and I have information if needed or your can print from this link) –> HLFM RUN ALL FORMS 2015

But otherwise this week is our off week, so we will be focusing on practice this week!

SUNDAY-

EASY 30-50 MIN + 6X100 METER STRIDES
