District Results 2014 (10/22/2014)

“Let your legs do the talking” And they did.

Yesterday, the PACK traveled to Gilmer to compete in the District XC  meet. From Varsity to the Junior High runners ALL members of SH XC let their legs to the talking as we left with nearly ALL participants wearing the victors medal. For the Varsity teams, both squads earned the 2nd place finish and are advancing to regionals as  a team. Especially noted was the Varsity Boys, and their determination to not end up again settling for 4th place. Which wouldn’t have even been possible had Sophomore runner, Gabe Johnson take charge of the race and run his best race of the season, attacking the competition stride by stride.
